Homestay or Daily Rental at Symphony Heights

While on my way down from my apartment, meet up with a nicely neighborhood full with comforter and bag in his hand. While talking with him, i know that he rent the apartment for weekend and he's quite comfortable with the area. I ask how much for a daily rental, and he replied RM200. For a price and the services provided in here can be consider quite cheap. Well i didn't ask further as the lift's door opened and we go on split ways. 

Well after that i did my search and found 1 with cheaper price than his, RM150. I'm not comparing the price just an info to share.
